Our international funds department has a team of experts with a history of representing foreign open end and closed end funds, ETFs, and other foreign investments vehicles with their legal needs in Chile. We represent our clients in the approval of their funds or as alternative asset managers with the CCR (Chilean Risk Classification Commission) as well as in their registration for public offering with the CMF (Financial Market Commission).

We advise our foreign clients on private and public offering rules and regulations and necessary guidelines for the commercialisation of their products in Chile. In addition, we represent them in their incorporation in Chile and in corporate, labour and tax matters on a permanent basis.

We provide our clients with ongoing advice concerning the legal framework applicable to Chilean institutional investors in the context of the eligibility of foreign securities.
