Eduardo is a partner at Guerrero Olivos, he leads the public law and regulated markets team and is a member of the TMT team. He specialises in constitutional and administrative law and regulated industries.
He is an expert in constitutional and administrative disputes and represents both regulated and non-regulated clients in regulatory processes and transactional matters such as M&As, energy projects, banking and finance, mining, transport, sanitary, TMT, pharmaceutical, real estate, port and customs, among others.
In the academic field, Eduardo is a Professor of Administrative Law, and Director of the Master’s programme in Administrative Law, and of the Department on Administrative and Urban Planning Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, as well as being a member of the academic senate of the Masters and Doctoral Programs . Additionally, he is Professor of Administrative Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
He has written over 40 specialised books and publications, on matters such as administrative, constitutional, and mining law.
