Tomás is a senior associate and a member of the labour, employment, and migration team. He specialises in labour law, due diligence processes, collective bargaining, and labour litigation. He represents national and international companies in the corporate labour legal area for the successful and efficient development of their businesses in Chile.

Tomás is a member of the Gender and Diversity Committee and of the HHRR and Education Committee of the Chile-Australia Chamber of Commerce (AUSCHAM). In the academic field, Tomás teaches employment law, employment aspects of ESG and a collective bargaining workshop to postgraduates at Universidad del Desarrollo and Pontificia Universidad Católica.
